Do you have a umd in your psp? any umd, even a demo will do. You must have a umd in the psp for it to work

I don't think there's an alternative way to do this... at the beginning of the visual novel it searches the psp for a umd by default. I don't think you can emulate this or trick it

maybe if i upgrade to pro-b7... i can play this game even no umd....

for 6.20/6.35/6.39 PRO-B7 users :

1. put the UMD iso video file(s) which you want to play at /ISO/video/ folder
2. back at your psp, press SELECT on the XMB to open VSH menu
3. on the "UMD VIDEO MOUNT" submenu, use right or left button to choose which iso to load.
4. once you've decided, press X or O button. your psp will reboot and highlight UMD update under GAME section
5. go to the VIDEO menu on XMB, you'll see the iso highlighted under UMD submenu

ps: this tutorial cannot be applied on PSP GO

additional tutor for 6.39 (L)ME-8 users :

1. put the UMD iso video file(s) which you want to play at /ISO/video/ folder
2. back at your psp, press SELECT on the XMB to open VSH menu
3. on the "UMD VIDEO MOUNT" submenu, use right or left button to choose which iso to load.
4. once you've decided, go to the bottom and choose exit or press SELECT again
5. your XMB will automatically highlight the UMD submenu under VIDEO. Press X/O to play it (depends on your psp setting)

The game is on 2 umd disks (meis1.iso and meis2.iso) Copy 1 or both of the iso's to your memorystick. They go into the ISO/VIDEO folder. If you don't have a VIDEO directory under ISO you will have to make one. After copying them into the VIDEO folder, you will have to mount them. Mounting the ISO can be done by pressing the home button, this will bring up the M33 VSH MENU.
Go down to ISO VIDEO MOUNT option - from there you can toggle thru the ISOs you have on memory stick. After selecting the ISO of your choice press exit and hit X, the ISO should load up and you now should have the video in your XMB.

~Its been reported to only work if a UMD is in the PSP (Any UMD)~
